We were so excited to cater St. Paul Christian Academy celebration for the students' grandparents. We made and delivered Ham Poppy Rolls, Mini Chicken Salad Croissants, Fruit Salad with Vanilla Pineapple Dressing and assorted sweet breads......for 800 guests!!!! As a thank you for their business we surprised them with a cake decorated with their school crest.
We had tons of fun helping Jenna surprise her daughter for her 30th birthday. The table was staged around our Mediterranean Tower which was filled with fresh fruits, nuts, cheeses, meats and included our Mushroom & Artichoke Pesto Cheesecake.

We helped several clients with their hoiday entertaining. There were office parties, intimate neighborhood gatherings and large family events throughout the month.

Just to get your mouth watering, here are some delicious foods we've made lately. We served a Mashed Potato Bar at our last event. It was a BIG hit! Steaming mashed potatoes were scooped into the small martini glasses. Then the guests could choose from sour cream, cheddar cheese, bacon bits, chives or butter to top them.

They wanted their wedding cake to be the color of gunmetal. The cakes are buttercream smoothed to resemble fondant and sprinkled with a shimmery powder. We made serving cakes for the guests so they wouldn't have black tongues from all the coloring! The cake toppers are unusual but I think they look great! Congratulations Jesse and James!
