Fresh and Organic!

Our Cheese platter included Fresh Goat Cheese & Berries, Feta Stuffed Cherry Tomatoes and cuts of assorted cheese all adorned with fresh mint leaves.

Edamame Dip was served in a beautiful cabbage bowl with fresh vegetables and pita chips.

Our refreshing Fruit Salsa was served in a pineapple bowl with fresh fruit and homemade cinnamon chips.

We served our Smoked Salmon with capers and dill atop pumpernickel spread with organic non dairy cream cheese.

St. Paul's Grandparent Day Luncheon

We were so excited to cater St. Paul Christian Academy celebration for the students' grandparents. We made and delivered Ham Poppy Rolls, Mini Chicken Salad Croissants, Fruit Salad with Vanilla Pineapple Dressing and assorted sweet breads......for 800 guests!!!! As a thank you for their business we surprised them with a cake decorated with their school crest.

February Happenings!

We had tons of fun helping Jenna surprise her daughter for her 30th birthday. The table was staged around our Mediterranean Tower which was filled with fresh fruits, nuts, cheeses, meats and included our Mushroom & Artichoke Pesto Cheesecake.

Dinner included Sweet & Sour Meatballs, Pork Tenderloin stuffed with a leek & mushroom filling & served with roasted garlic aioli.

Other dishes were Spinach Stuffed Campari Tomatoes topped with Mozzarella and parsley, Sweet bacon wrapped Chicken Bites and Deviled New Potatoes
